1. Who we are
This website (sevenlakes.tj) is operated by SevenLakes.tj — a local team from Panjakent organising private tours to Haft Kul (Seven Lakes) and the Fann Mountains. For the purposes of this policy we act as the controller of your personal data.

2. What data we collect
We collect only what is needed to run the site, analyse traffic and handle enquiries.
- Analytics (Google Analytics 4) — pages you visit, traffic source, device, browser, language, screen resolution and approximate location. Google uses the IP address only to determine the region.
- Our own visitor statistics — pages, time on page, traffic source, and technical parameters (device type, OS, browser, language, time zone, screen size).
- Session recording (Yandex.Metrica / Webvisor) — with your separate consent, mouse movement, clicks and scrolling are recorded.
- Booking form data — chosen tour, travel date, number of travellers, pickup point, preferred language and your message. This data is sent to us via WhatsApp.

sl_visitor_id, sl_visitor_stats, sl_visit_ping_at and sl_pending_session are stored in localStorage; sl_session in sessionStorage.
4. Legal basis
Analytics and session recording are enabled only after your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Booking form data is processed to fulfil your request and prepare a response.
5. Third-party disclosure
- Google (USA) — Google Analytics; Google Fonts are also loaded.
- Yandex (Russia) — Yandex.Metrica analytics and session recording.
- Cloudflare — site hosting and technical processing (IP address, etc.).
- Telegram — enquiry and visit notifications are delivered to our team.
- WhatsApp — when you submit the booking form, data is passed to WhatsApp.
- Unsplash — one image is loaded from their server.
Data may be transferred outside your country; we take reasonable steps to protect transferred data.
6. Retention
Server-side visit statistics are retained for up to 7 days. Browser data is kept until you clear it. Retention in Google Analytics and Yandex.Metrica is governed by those services' settings.
7. Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and withdraw consent. Write to info@sevenlakes.tj.
