1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to tours and transfers booked through this website (sevenlakes.tj). The detailed description, price and inclusions of each tour are shown on its tour page. By submitting a booking request, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.

2. Who we are and contact

SevenLakes.tj is a local team from Panjakent, Tajikistan, organising private tours to Haft Kul (Seven Lakes) and the Fann Mountains. Contact: info@sevenlakes.tj, +992 55 222 5544, Telegram @sevenlakes_tj or WhatsApp.

3. Booking

Booking requests are made through WhatsApp, Telegram, email or phone. The booking form on this website collects your tour, date, number of travellers, pickup point, preferred language and message, and sends it to us via WhatsApp. A booking is considered confirmed once we confirm availability and the details with you.

4. Prices

Prices are shown on the tour pages and are per vehicle (car), for a private group of up to 4 people. For example, the Seven Lakes day tour is from $180 per car. Tours marked "on request" are priced individually. We advertise the Seven Lakes tour as having no hidden surcharges.

5. Payment

We do not require prepayment. The payment method and timing are agreed with you directly when your booking is confirmed.

6. Cancellation and changes

Cancellation is free of charge. Please inform us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your booking. Changes to the date, group size or route should be agreed with us in advance through WhatsApp, Telegram, email or phone.

7. Transportation

Tours use a 4×4 vehicle (for example, Toyota RAV4 or Toyota Land Cruiser Prado) with a local driver. For tours starting in Samarkand, we arrange hotel pickup and transfer to the Jartepa–Sarazm border crossing; you cross the border on foot and are met on the Tajik side by our driver. Because Uzbek and Tajik vehicles cannot cross the border, a driver is used on each side, and both drivers remain in contact.

8. Accommodation

Day tours do not include overnight accommodation. The two-day tour includes one night in a guesthouse (for example, near Lake Nofin); the exact guesthouse is confirmed when you book.

9. Meals

On day tours, lunch and personal expenses are not included. The two-day tour includes a traditional dinner and breakfast. Bottled drinking water is provided on the Seven Lakes tour.

10. What is and is not included

Included (depending on the tour): hotel transfer, border meet-and-greet and escort, a 4×4 with a local driver, and the route stops and viewpoints described on the tour page.

Not included unless stated otherwise: lunch and personal expenses, visa or border fees required for your citizenship, personal insurance, and souvenirs or additional activities.

11. Guide and language

The driver accompanies you on the route and speaks Russian and Tajik. An English-speaking guide is available on request for an additional fee.

12. Changes to the itinerary

Itineraries and timing may change because of weather, road conditions or border waiting times, for your safety. We will inform you of any significant changes and adjust the plan where possible.

13. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• having a valid passport and checking the visa or entry requirements for your citizenship;
• arranging your own personal travel insurance;
• wearing comfortable footwear suitable for short walks;
• being ready for pickup at the agreed time and providing accurate contact details;
• covering lunch and personal expenses on day tours.
